Las Terrazas de la Torre property
Properties at Las Terrazas de La Torre Golf Resort
All of the residential property on Las Terrazas de La Torre consists of apartments, containing one, two or three bedrooms and forming part of the four-storey blocks which are distributed around the 18-hole golf course. Each of these blocks is served by one of the community gardens and swimming-pools, and most enjoy views out over the golf course.
There are also various children’s play areas located around the development, and ample car parking facilities are provided throughout, both underground and on-street for visitors. Most of the apartments are whitewashed, the exception being those terracotta coloured blocks properties located on La Isla, a development within a development on the shore of the huge manmade lake in the centre of the resort.
The design of the apartment blocks is aesthetically pleasing although it eschews many of the Mediterranean features which characterise other Polaris developments, such as turrets and roof overhangs. The impression given is one of spaciousness, and the surrounding gardens and public areas are as well maintained as on any other Polaris resort and indeed reflect the care taken on the golf course itself.
Las Terrazas de la Torre Residential and rental accommodation
The resort is set out over an area of approximately 1,555,130m² and present there are a number of apartments blocks in various styles similar to Condado de Alhama Polaris which have been completed.
Both Phase One and Phase Two offer whitewashed properties, a choice of frontline golf view apartments offering a choice of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms designed in a ‘U’ shape with a communal pool to the centre and built to include private terraces with a choice of views and parking. Then there is the area known as La Isla (The Island), which offers water views on three sides and includes apartments on three levels.
