Fall in love with artichokes in Totana!
As part of the 'Semanas Gastronómicas Totana 2025' gastronomy weeks of the town of Totana, in south-western Murcia, the week of March 10 to 16 being celebrated as the 'Week of the Artichoke'.
Billed by Totana's local tourist board as a chance to discover the tender heart of the authentic delicacy, Artichoke Week involves special dishes made using artichokes at a series of Totana bars and restaurants, namely the following:
